Deposits:

Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee any spots without a $50/person deposit. Deposits are accepted by credit card and check. If you choose to pay by check, your registration will be placed in a pending status until we receive your payment. If the Camp KidJam office does not receive your payment within 30 days from the date you registered, your registration is subject to cancellation.

Deposits are a part of the total camp fee. For example, if your camp fee is $245/person; you will put down a $50 deposit and owe the remaining balance of $195/person.

There will be no rolling over of camp registration rates. For example, if we receive deposits for 10 spots for the Winston-Salem, N.C., camp on January 30, 2010, the cost will be $245/person; if we receive deposits for 10 additional people on January 31, 2010, the cost will be $255/person for each additional spot.

The full price of camp includes location fees, track activity supplies, T-shirt, three nights of lodging, eight meals, sessions, small group notes and small group supplies.


Final Payment:
Final payments are due by May 1, 2010, for June camps and by June 1, 2010, for July camps.

Registrations after the above dates will require the camp fee paid in full.

You may pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

Camp price per person is based on the date of registration. The Early Bird Rate ends at midnight on January 30, 2010. Any registrations received on or after January 31, 2010 will be charged the regular rate. Please check specific camp locations for pricing.

Cancellations for June Camps:
If you cancel by midnight on May 1, 2010, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. If you cancel on or after May 2, 2010, you are responsible for the entire camp fee for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.

Cancellations for July Camps:
If you cancel by midnight on June 1, 2010, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. If you cancel on or after June 2, 2010, you are responsible for the entire camp fee for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.
