Deposits:
Each registration requires a $50 deposit. If you register and choose
to pay with a credit card, your total deposit amount will be charged
immediately to your account. If you register and choose to pay with
a check, we must receive a check for your total deposit amount within
14 days. If we do not receive your deposit within 14 days, we will
drop all outstanding registrations for your church.
Deposits may not be transferred to another church and are non-refundable after March 31. If you need to drop any registrations before March 31, your deposit will be rolled over to your outstanding balance. On or after March 31, your deposit will not be applied to any balance and will remain non –refundable.
The $50 deposit is to cover expenses involved with your church registration. These expenses include deposits to the location, promotional and marketing such as postcards, website, postage, mailing materials and processing fees.
Final Payment:
Final payments are due by May 1 for June camp dates and by June 1 for July camp dates.
Registrations after the above dates will require camp fee paid in full.
You may pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Camp price per person is based on the date of registration. The Early
Bird Rate ends on January 15. Please check specific camp locations
for pricing.
Cancellations for June Camps:
Before May 1, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. Beginning on and after May 1, you are responsible for the entire camp price for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.
Cancellations for July Camps:
Before June 1, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. Beginning on and after June 1, you are responsible for the entire camp price for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.
